Alejandro Martín

Alejandro Martín serves as the Global Head of Civil Engineering at Lightsource BP since March 2020, overseeing technical assessments of civil works for renewable energy projects such as wind energy, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Previously, Alejandro held the role of Civil Engineering Manager at ELMYA S.A. from February 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included leading the civil engineering department and managing civil designs for renewable energy plants in multiple countries. Other positions include Planning Engineer at ISOLUX CORSAN, Assistant Site Manager at Grupo Constructor Grucal Andalucía, and Project Lead at INGYCO INGENIERIA, with significant experience in civil design and project management across various sectors. Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Europea and an engineering degree from Universidad de Cádiz.
