Alexander Hymøller

Alexander Hymøller is a finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, project finance, and investment analysis within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Structured Finance at Lightsource bp, Alexander has been involved in significant M&A transactions, including the divestment of two solar projects to JERA Nex and closing a $140 million tax equity commitment with Barclays. Prior roles include Senior Associate at AIP Management, where Alexander contributed to investment strategies exceeding EUR 4 billion, and Financial Analyst at Ørsted, leading analysis for the world's largest offshore wind Corporate PPA. Alexander holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economics and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by studies at prestigious institutions such as Texas McCombs and LSE.
