Arun V.

Arun V. has extensive experience in project and contract management within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Tenders and Contracts for Asia Pacific at Lightsource bp since August 2017. In this role, Arun V. manages EPC procurement, tenders, and contracts for solar, BESS, and wind projects across the region. Previously, Arun V. held positions such as Senior Project Manager and Head of Projects in India, successfully executing projects in various countries. Prior experience includes leading project management and engineering at BELECTRIC GmbH for large-scale solar installations, and managing utility-scale solar projects at SunEdison AG. Earlier career roles involved project management for thermal power plants at ABB and construction management for a captive power plant at Vedanta Resources Plc. Arun V. holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
