Bruce Berry

Bruce Berry is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a proven track record in the solar energy sector. Currently serving as Operations and Maintenance Manager at Lightsource bp since February 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Regional Manager at NovaSource Power Services from June 2016 to January 2022. Prior to that role, Bruce was a Manager at First Solar, overseeing seven solar sites with a combined capacity of 360 MW and four customers, and successfully coached two staff members into site manager roles before achieving promotion to Regional Manager.
