Chad Daniel Youdle

Chad Daniel Youdle is an O&M Land Management Professional at Lightsourcebp, where they have been involved in land management for utility scale solar since 2020. Previously, they served as a Land Management Team Leader, overseeing land management for UK solar sites and directly managing field engineers across numerous sites. Chad also holds the position of Director at Bloomin' Marvellous Landscaping and has experience as a Ground Maintenance Operative at Ace of Spades Ltd. They earned a BSc honours degree in Physical Geography from the University of South Wales. Passionate about making a positive change, Chad is recognized for their leadership and ability to drive projects forward efficiently.
