James Burnett is a Client Executive for Power and Renewables at Marsh since 2025. Previously, James served as an Insurance Manager at Lightsource bp, managing project insurances across the EMEA region and overseeing large-scale solar energy projects. James began their career as a Summer Intern at Markel International, later progressing to roles as an Underwriting Assistant in both the Energy and Property D&F teams. They graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Warwick in 2017.
