Jenna Holder

Jenna Holder is a Senior PV Engineer at Lightsource bp, where they currently contribute to advancing photovoltaic technologies. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant in Renewables & Sustainability at RINA from 2014 to 2021, focusing on energy yield analysis and operational performance evaluation. Jenna has also held research positions at the University of Oxford, earning a DPhil in Materials, and at the University of Warwick, where they obtained an MPhys in Physics. Their early career included roles at Teign Housing and a summer internship at BP, showcasing a diverse background in engineering and research.
