Jonathan Bethel

Jonathan Bethel currently serves as the Sustainability Manager, Carbon at Lightsource bp, where responsibilities include managing a greenhouse gas inventory for global offices and solar farms while improving data integrity through collaboration and research. In addition, Jonathan is a Volleyball Coach at Triangle Volleyball Club. Prior experience at BAE Systems, Inc. involved roles such as Supplier Partnerships Strategy & Planning Lead, where Jonathan streamlined supply chain analytics and supported sustainability initiatives. Other positions included planning for significant programs within the F-15 Tactical Air platform, recruitment leadership in the Operations Leadership Development Program, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. Jonathan has also been involved in campus organizations focused on sustainability while completing a Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology with a focus on Supply Chain Operations at North Carolina State University.
