Katherine Callaghan

Katherine Callaghan is an experienced Operations & Maintenance Planner at Lightsource BP, overseeing the operations and maintenance of solar farms in Northern Ireland and East Anglia since December 2019. Concurrently, Katherine serves as House Matron at Millfield School. Prior roles within the United States Air Force spanned from July 2007 to October 2019, including Division Chief, where Katherine led a diverse team of planners and was responsible for strategic planning of bi-national contingency plans. Additional roles included Wing Chief of Safety, overseeing safety personnel and airshow planning, Wing Director of Staff, managing various wing base agencies, Director of Operations with budget responsibilities for an air advisor unit, and Planner, specializing in European and African theater operations. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
