Maria Manoli is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field, currently serving as the People & Culture Manager for Europe at Lightsource bp since July 2019. Previous positions include People & Culture Partner for EMEA, Talent & Engagement Partner, and Global HR Officer, managing HR operations across multiple regions including Europe and Asia.
