Meera Pathak

Meera Pathak is a Chartered Tax Adviser with extensive experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance, international tax, and operational tax. Currently serving as the EMEA Direct Tax Manager at Lightsource bp since July 2023, Meera previously held the position of Manager in International Tax and Transaction Services at EY from April 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Meera worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Assistant Manager in Financial Services Tax and as an Associate, gaining valuable experience while pursuing AAT and CTA qualifications. Meera's career began at UBS as a Tax Analyst focused on FATCA, CRS, and 871(m) compliance and account opening procedures, and included a role as a Tax Associate at Future Capital Partners, where Meera interacted with a diverse clientele. Meera holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
