Melany Wilson is currently a Senior Legal Counsel at Lightsource bp, where they focus on finance. Previously, they worked as a Senior Associate and Associate in the Project Finance team at Ashurst, and as a Solicitor in the Finance, Projects, and Restructuring team at DLA Piper. Melany has also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern in the audit division at KPMG New Zealand and as a member of the Discovery Task Force at the Ministry of Social Development. They hold an LLB/BCom in Law and Finance from Victoria University of Wellington and have furthered their legal studies at the University of St. Gallen.
