Michelle Lynch is a finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and investor relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Structured Finance at Lightsource bp since September 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Analyst in the same field. Prior to joining Lightsource bp, Michelle worked at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. from April 2021 to November 2021, during which time the company merged to form Civitas Resources. Additionally, Michelle was involved in investor relations at HighPoint Resources, which also merged with Bonanza Creek Energy in April 2021. Earlier career experiences include roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Business Analyst and various positions at BOK Financial, including Energy Banking Officer and Credit Specialist II. Michelle began her career as a Category Analyst Intern at Campbell Soup Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Energy and Sustainability from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance major and Economics minor from the University of Arkansas.
