Reda TERROUFI currently serves as the Regional Development Manager for Centre Val de Loire and Pays de la Loire at Lightsource bp since September 2022. Previously, Reda held the role of Development Manager at SERGIES from March 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing an eight-person team, expanding partnerships, implementing strategic development goals, monitoring team objectives, and preparing investment budget projections. Prior to this, Reda worked as a Project Engineer, focusing on site selection, leading photovoltaic and wind projects, managing regulatory relationships, and coordinating technical studies. Reda began the career as an Assistant Project Manager, conducting renewable energy market integration modeling and economic profitability studies. Reda holds a Master 2 degree in Energy Management from Université de Poitiers, obtained in 2017.
