Ryan Musikant

Ryan Musikant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and power sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for EMEA Projects at Lightsource bp since April 2022, Ryan previously held roles including Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard and Senior Associate at Fieldfisher. Prior experience includes legal positions at Impala Energy, where Ryan focused on clean power projects in sub-Saharan Africa, and Power54 Generation Ltd., specializing in the development and financing of power generation projects. Additional roles include serving as Lawyer at Gemini Renewable Energy and Project Finance and M&A Associate at SunRay Renewable Energy. Ryan began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and Transactional Paralegal at Denton Wilde Sapte LLP. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Accounting from The University of Manchester and professional certification as a Solicitor of England & Wales from The College of Law, London.
