Salma Adil

Salma Adil is currently the Global Head of Tax at Lightsource bp, a position held since 2021. They previously served as Head of Tax Governance & Compliance at the same company from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Lightsource bp, Salma held the role of Head of Tax Advisory & Transfer Pricing at Gazprom Marketing & Trading from 2015 to 2020, and worked as an International Tax Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2013. Salma began their career as a Corporate Tax Advisor at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they worked from 2004 to 2011. They earned their education at The University of Birmingham from 2001 to 2004.
