Simon Ashley

Simon Ashley is the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at bp, where they focus on fostering an inclusive culture and enabling high-performing workplaces in the energy sector. Previously, Simon held leadership roles at Centrica, Reliance, Barclays Bank, and Accenture, developing HR strategies and processes across various international operations. They are also a Non-Executive Director at Lightsource bp, contributing to sustainable solar energy initiatives. Simon earned a Ph.D. in Business Performance Measurement and a B.Sc. in Management & Systems Science from City, University of London.
