Tim Pollard is a Global HSE Training Manager at Lightsource bp, where they currently oversee safety training initiatives. Tim has a diverse background with past roles as a Mechanical Engineer and a Health, Safety and Environmental Technician at G-TEKT EUROPE MANUFACTURING LIMITED, where they designed safe working strategies and enhanced safety systems. Tim began their career as a Freelance Outdoor Instructor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Outdoor Adventure Leadership Management from the University of Worcester and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales. Known for their adaptability and effective communication skills, Tim thrives in diverse environments and remains composed under pressure.
