Vlasios Souflis

Vlasios Souflis is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region at Lightsource bp since January 2012, where the responsibilities include leading a multi-functional team across 14 markets and aligning regional objectives with the wider group strategy. Prior roles at Lightsource bp include Director of International Business Development, overseeing country expansion and strategic projects in collaboration with bp, and acting as Global Chief Procurement Officer. Vlasios has also held the position of Director at Green Value Associates and worked as an Investment Manager at Conning Asset Management, focusing on renewable energy projects. Educational background includes an MBA in Finance from both London Business School and SDA Bocconi, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Patras. Vlasios also completed compulsory military service as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Hellenic Army’s Artillery Division.
