Zanda Lapane has been working in the field of electronical manufacturing for over 10 years. Zanda started as an Executive Assistant at HansaMatrix in January 2015 and worked their way up to Business Development Officer at Lightspace Technologies. Zanda has a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients and state agencies. Zanda is an expert in written communication, human resources, and customer relationship management.

Zanda Lapane has a Bachelor in Politics from Rigas Stradina Universitate and a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from HansaTraining. Zanda also went to school at Jelgava's 1st Gymnasium.
