Tyler Morren has worked in the software engineering and web development fields since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University, assisting Professor Trefor Williams with Data Mining Research. In 2014, they worked as an Intern at Morris Engineering, LLC, where they used AutoCAD to draw details and elevations for a condominium renovation. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at VerQu as a Web Engineer. Since 2017, they have worked at Lightspeed Voice as a Software Engineer and Team Lead. In this role, they have led a team of software developers, maintained high standards of software quality through code reviews, and assisted in documentation and gathering requirements for projects.
Tyler Morren attended Rutgers University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Tyler then attended Raritan Valley Community College from 2015 to 2016, obtaining a Certificate in Web Development. In November 2015, they obtained a New Jersey EIT License from the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. In June 2017, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services. Finally, they obtained a Google UX Design Certificate from Coursera in November 2022.
