Ladante McMillon

LaDante McMillon is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and creative industries, currently serving as Managing Partner at New Age Capital since January 2016, where the firm invests in tech startups founded by Blacks and Latinos. In addition, LaDante is a Scout Ambassador for Lightspeed Venture Partners and has held various roles including Assistant Store Manager at Away and Assistant Manager at The Black Tux. LaDante's career began with LDM Film Perspective, a company founded to provide innovative media solutions, serving as Principal Creative Director until 2016. Previous experience includes a Production Trainee role at the National Basketball Association and internships at Fission Strategy and Brookline Interactive Group. LaDante holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College and has also studied at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
