Lisa Han

Lisa joined Lightspeed in 2022 as a Partner on the Enterprise team, focusing on early-stage investments in enterprise software. Her relationship with the firm dates back to 2019, when she participated in Lightspeed’s Scout Program and wrote early checks into enterprise software companies like Rutter and Secureframe and developed a passion for investing in early-stage, product-oriented founders.

Previously, Lisa was an Investor at Gradient Ventures where she invested in SaaS and fintech applications and before that, was the first business hire at Ramp and Atrium. At Ramp, she started and led business development and partnerships and helped ink their early channel, accounting and product partnerships. She helped build their business from pre-launch to $100mm in transaction volume. Earlier in her career, Lisa led business development at Atrium from 10 employees to more than 250.

Lisa started her career as a Product Manager at IBM, and earned a degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
