Currently, they serve on multiple boards, including Human Interest, Klaviyo, Plume Design, AuditBoard, CalAmp, and Western Digital, where they also hold positions as Audit Committee Chair. Roxanne has demonstrated expertise in driving significant market capitalization growth, overseeing complex acquisitions, and improving operational efficiencies across industries like SaaS and life sciences. They earned an MBA from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
