Liam Hickey has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Liam is currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at LightSpeed Broadband, where they are responsible for comprehensive financial management, budgeting, fundraising, investor relations, and performance management.

Prior to their current role, Liam worked as the Group CFO at Azuri Technologies, a Fintech and SAAS business that provides PayGo solar systems to rural off-grid communities in Africa. Liam played a key role in addressing the problem of energy access in sub-Saharan Africa.

Before that, Liam served as a CFO at Digicel Group, where they achieved significant EBITDA margins through implementing analytics capabilities, enhancing customer experience, and reducing operational expenses.
