Lesley Leithead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Capital Account Manager at Lightspeed Commerce since September 2023, Lesley previously held roles at TouchBistro from September 2017 to July 2023, including Sales Engineer and Restaurant Success Consultant, where responsibilities included fostering customer relationships, onsite training, and collaboration with product teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sponsorship and Partnership Coordinator at Basketball World Toronto, achieving successful partnerships and fundraising initiatives, and working as an Account Coordinator in Public Relations and Social Media at Mosaic North America, enhancing media relations and managing social media strategies. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Carleton University and a Public Relations Certificate from Humber College.
