Michael Spell has extensive experience in revenue operations and technical sales within the financial services sector, currently serving as Director of Revenue Operations at Lightspeed Commerce since July 2016, where responsibilities include providing technical support to sales teams and addressing customer pain points to enhance revenue and satisfaction. Previous roles at Lightspeed include Director of GTM Payments & Financial Services and various managerial positions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Sales Specialist at The Blue Book Building & Construction Network and an Associate Account Manager at BuildingBlok. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has also pursued additional education at General Assembly and Georgia State University.
