Michelle Eier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Senior CX Ops Manager at Lightspeed Commerce since October 2018. With a focus on the Hospitality vertical, Michelle oversees a large team of over 40 members across EMEA, facilitating Launch and Customer Success.
