Sonia Basili

Sonia Basili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People Business Partner at Lightspeed Commerce since July 2021, Sonia previously held the position of Head of Talent at Automat.ai and transitioned through multiple roles at Stradigi AI, focusing on Go-to-Market strategies and people and culture initiatives. Sonia's career also includes key roles at VIA, Colt Resources, and Quantum, alongside early experiences as a psychotherapist and career counsellor. Educationally, Sonia holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a B.Sc. in Psychology from McGill University, complemented by HR management studies at McGill and additional courses in Italy.
