Michael Layfer

Michael Layfer has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Michael began their career in the Israeli Navy before moving to Bynet as an Information Technology Specialist in 2011. In 2012, they joined the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they served as an R&D Team Lead, Back End Developer, and Security Engineer. In their role as Security Engineer, they deployed and configured various security platforms for protecting high-risk networks, such as firewalls, switches, NAC, SSL-VPN, PKI, radius, web gateways, and proxy. In 2020, they joined Lightspin as a Senior Software Engineer.

Michael Layfer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from The Open University of Israel between 2010 and 2019.
