Or B. has been working in the tech and customer service industries since 2011. Or began their career in the Israel Defence Forces as a Combat Operations Manager, Krav Maga Instructor, and Infantry Soldier (Staff Sergeant). In 2014, they moved to Ituran as a Sales and Customer Relations Specialist, where they were awarded the department's exceptional worker. In 2017, Or B. was hired by Intel Corporation as a Junior Software Engineer (SW&FW), where they designed and developed a traceability detection algorithm applied to GNSS satellites data with a Deep Learning workflow. In 2019, they joined Shekel Brainweigh (ASX: SBW) as an Algorithm Engineer, where they designed and implemented a constrained combinatorial optimization algorithm for product ordering. In 2022, Or B. joined Lightspin as an Algorithms and Backend Engineer.

Or B. graduated from Bar-Ilan University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
