Lamont Thurston has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lamont is the Co-Founder & CEO of conzrt.io, where they played a key role in the planning and development of an innovative digital platform. Lamont is also a Co-Founder of BENERĒ, a group captive reinsurance company focused on improving employee benefits programs. Earlier in their career, Lamont served as the SVP of Risk Strategies at Hylant, where they focused on risk identification, quantification, and prioritization.
