As Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Gelmetix, Jayne was integral to financial strategy and fundraising for a biotechnology start-up. Additional roles include Finance and Administration Advisor at InvenTrust, key contributions to NHS England on efficiency and transformation, and leadership positions across multiple healthcare organizations. Jayne holds advanced degrees from renowned institutions, including an MSc from The London School of Economics and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
