Tash Hearn is an experienced professional in property management and business development, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Lightstate since May 2022. Prior roles include Property Specialist at Hinch Property Management, Head of Asset Management and Asset Manager at Paramount Properties, and Property Manager at Finders Keepers. Tash has a strong track record in winning new business through effective bid management and operational design, exemplified during tenure as Business Development Manager at Catch22, where responsibilities included project management for governmental tenders focused on social welfare. Additional experience includes roles in property management and marketing, as well as early career involvements in public relations and market research. Tash holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from the University of Nottingham and has a strong educational background from Tormead School.
