Muddasar Altaf

Muddasar Altaf has extensive experience in regulatory and governmental affairs within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs at Lightstorm since January 2021, Muddasar previously held the position of Deputy Director of Regulatory, External Affairs, and Government Relations at MTS India from February 2015 to December 2020. Prior roles include Joint General Manager of Regulatory and External Affairs at Loop Mobile (India) Limited from August 2008 to January 2015, Manager of Relationship at Bharti Airtel in early 2008, and Deputy Manager of Regulatory and External Affairs at Reliance Communications Ltd from January 2004 to January 2008.
