Rachel Jensen

Rachel Jensen is an accomplished HR and People Management professional with extensive experience in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, and enhancing company culture. Currently serving as the Director of People at Lightstream.io since September 2019, Rachel has successfully implemented HR initiatives that resulted in zero attrition for 18 months and improved recruitment processes. Previously, as People and Culture Manager at Thatcher+Co., contributions included managing the employee lifecycle and revamping benefits programs. Rachel also has a strong background in donor relations and event management from tenure at LDS Philanthropies, and experience in operational management from roles at The Chocolate and ACAFS. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
