Blessing K. has a diverse range of work experience. Blessing started their career at LightWare Optoelectronics (Pty) Ltd in 2018 as a Production Technician before moving up to the role of Manufacturing Quality Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing production processes, managing quality issues, and maintaining equipment. Blessing also served on the material review board and trained the team on QMS procedures. Prior to that, in 2016, Blessing worked as an Electrical Field Engineer at BL Harbert International LLC, where they were involved in the installation of electrical systems. Blessing also gained sales experience as a Sales Assistant at Battle Of The Chefs Africa from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they have worked as an IT Consultant at the University of Cape Town, where they handled computer maintenance and repairs, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Pretoria, where they conducted research on integrated circuits. Blessing's early engineering experience includes an internship at the University of Cape Town, where they received training in electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance and safety.

Blessing K. holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Project Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. This degree was obtained between the years 2022 and 2023. Prior to this, Blessing earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc(Eng)) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, completed from 2010 to 2013.

In 2012, Blessing obtained a Certificate in Electronics from the MIT School of Engineering. Additionally, Blessing completed their secondary education at Visitation High School from 2000 to 2005, earning a GCSE A'Level degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Blessing has also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In December 2020, they became an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, awarded by ASQ - World Headquarters. They also obtained the Certified IPC Specialist certification from IPC during the same month and year.
