Mónika Vida

Mónika Vida is the Head of HR at Lightware Visual Engineering, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Mónika served in various HR capacities, including as HR Generalist at Takarékbank from 1998 to 2001 and Head of the Central and Corporate HR Generalist Department at Erste Bank Hungary from 2010 to 2015. Mónika holds a Master's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Budapesti Közgazdaságtudományi Egyetem (Corvinus), earned in 1998.
