Kaitlyn H. has a wealth of work experience in sales and marketing operations. Kaitlyn began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Specialist and Sales Coordinator for GroupOne Health Source, Inc. In 2019, they moved on to Revele as the Marketing and Communications Manager, where they managed and developed marketing and advertising campaigns to support company growth and retention goals, led the global rebranding and website redesign efforts, and launched an Account-Based Marketing strategy. In 2020, Kaitlyn joined New Breed as a Revenue Operations Strategist, where they managed a portfolio of B2B accounts and built scalable processes to ensure best practices in both HubSpot and Salesforce. Kaitlyn advised clients on system architecture for data integrity, provided a clear framework for lead management, built custom reports and dashboards, and worked with clients to successfully implement HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs. Most recently, Kaitlyn joined Lightyear in 2021 as the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager and Sales Operations Analyst.

Kaitlyn H. has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Walden University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts in General from Moberly Area Community College between 2008 and 2010.
