Allison Still has diverse work experience in various roles. Allison is currently working as an Implementation Engineer at LigoLab Information System since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Unipath PC from January 2018 to February 2021.
Before their role at Unipath PC, they served as a Laboratory Information System Analyst Consultant at American Pathology Partners, Inc. from September 2015 to January 2018. In this role, they advised on LIS design and development for the Molecular department, addressed management-level LIS requirements, and provided user training.
Allison also has experience at Unipath PC prior to their role as an Operations Analyst. Allison worked there as an MT Molecular Trainer from October 2013 to July 2015, where they validated patient results, developed new protocols, implemented training modules, and trained team members. Allison also worked as an MLT - Department Trainer from March 2013 to October 2013, where they pioneered a comprehensive department training program and managed the training document system. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician from January 2012 to March 2013 and as a Medical Laboratory Assistant from December 2011 to January 2012 at Unipath PC.
Earlier in their career, Allison worked as an Instructor at Sylvan Learning Center from August 2011 to October 2011, where they facilitated student development in mathematics and science. Allison also worked as an Analytical Chemist at Chematox from December 2010 to July 2011, where they investigated the presence of drugs and alcohol in clinical urine specimens.
Allison has teaching experience as an Instructor at Sylvan Learning from October 2010 to July 2011, where they facilitated student development in mathematics and science subjects. Allison also worked as a Library Page at Jefferson County Public Library from June 2006 to July 2011, where they managed various library tasks and assisted patrons.
In addition, Allison gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder from August 2009 to May 2010, where they conducted research on the effects of M. Obuense on serotonergic neurons in mice. Allison also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, educating undergraduate students on Anatomy from August 2009 to December 2009 at the same university.
Allison Still completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry, Neuroscience, and Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2010. In 2009, they also obtained a Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician - Basic from Front Range Community College. Additionally, Allison has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Molecular Biology Technologist certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in 2013. Allison has also completed certifications in Product-Led Growth, SQL Fundamentals, and several diversity and inclusion strategies from institutions like Product School and Salesforce Trailhead.
