John Waite

John Waite has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Liiingo, where they are responsible for overseeing project deliverables and implementing company-wide change management processes. Prior to that, they worked at Riafox Inc. as the Director of Projects, managing custom automation projects and gathering requirements using Agile/Scrum principles.

Before their role at Riafox Inc., John worked at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare where they held multiple positions. As a Process Engineer, they implemented strategic business initiatives and conducted research to improve business processes. John also served as a Program Specialist, analyzing and improving processes for Child Support using the Agile methodology.

John also has experience in the technology industry. John worked as a Contract Developmental Editor and Knowledge Feedback Coordinator at Hewlett Packard, where they authored online help content and ensured consistency in standards. Additionally, they served as a Technical Writing Intern at Sapidyne Instruments and held internships at MotivePower and Micron Technology.

In academia, John has volunteered as a guest lecturer at Boise State University, where they presented on technical editing. John also worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at the university, planning conferences and creating setup diagrams.
