Eric Blaser

Co-Founder & COO at Liine

Eric Blaser is the Co-Founder and COO of Liine. Prior to their current role, they held positions at the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Accenture. Eric has also interned at Genworth and Southwestern Advantage.

Eric Blaser has always been interested in strategy and consulting. Eric started their career as an intern at Accenture, where they supported a 10-week M&A engagement analyzing the scalability of a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) acquisition target. Eric was then hired by the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities as a team member, where they helped model a 3-year strategy for the CIDD to further bridge the gap between the developmentally disabled and the modern workforce.

Most recently, Eric Blaser was hired by UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School as a teaching assistant in the Department of Strategy & Entrepreneurship. In this role, they supported Dr. Paul Friga (Director of Consulting Concentrations and Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship) in their 2015 courses in strategy and consulting frameworks.

Looking to the future, Eric Blaser hopes to continue to grow Liine and make it the leading platform for connecting companies with top talent.

Eric Blaser graduated with a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, they worked as a consultant for a few years before going back to school to get their MBA.
