Lijam co. accomplished its first project “Lijam deluxe apartments “in 2012 in Shafa Badran area where it was proud to introduce its five stars furnished apartments. It’s an exciting new rental building that was designed to offer a ‘Better Living' lifestyle in Amman.

Lijam deluxe apartments showed a huge success in Jordan and evolved the vision about the furnished apartments in the market. 
In 2016, Lijam co. announced its innovative huge project “Lijam Boulevard hotel “ , in Amman which is expected to be kicked off in May, 2018. Lijam Boulevard hotel is centrally located in Shafa Badran area as well, which includes 38 luxurious rooms in three main categories; single, double, and two royal suites.
“Lijam Boulevard hotel” is attached to a huge commercial center around 2,000 square meters which will include a lot of services i.e. banks , grand restaurant , coffee shops ,dentist clinic , GYM ,& SPA .
