Andy Smith

Andy Smith has extensive work experience in legal and compliance roles. Andy is currently working as the Legal and Compliance Director at Likewize, a tech protection and support company. Prior to this, they served as the Independent Chair on the Christmas Prepayment Association Limited, where they helped protect the interests of customers in the Christmas savings industry. Before that, Andy worked as the General Counsel at Auden and the Chief Transition Officer at The Money Shop UK. Andy also served as the General Counsel and Executive Director at Dollar Financial UK, where they were responsible for legal and regulatory matters. Andy's earlier experience includes roles as a General Counsel and Risk Executive at SL Investment Management, Head of Operational Integrity at Provident Financial Management Services, and Commercial Solicitor at Yorkshire Building Society.

Andy Smith attended Keele University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a BSC in Law Chemistry. Andy then attended Chester College of Law from 1993 to 1994, obtaining an LPC in Law. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA in Business from the University of Bradford.
