Dave Roberson

Dave Roberson is a seasoned professional in workforce management and analytics with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as WFM Manager at Likewize since March 2024, Dave previously held multiple leadership roles at T-Mobile, including Sr Manager of Value Creation Analytics and Group Manager of Frontline Channel Analytics. At Sprint, Dave spent 27 years, culminating in managing a team of Subject Matter Experts and Analysts across 40 call centers, focusing on enhancing customer experience and loyalty. Earlier career experiences include various operations and IT management positions at EDS, as well as a summer internship at the Military Personnel Center. Dave holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Accounting from Trinity University and pursued further studies in Operations Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
