Ryan Fletcher

Ryan Fletcher serves as the General Manager of Operations at Likewize Services since February 2021, overseeing all functions of the Risk Insure Operational Team and reporting directly to the Managing Director of Oceania. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Risk Insure Pty Ltd from February 2012 to January 2021, including Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Mobile Claims Team Leader, Lost and Stolen Case Manager, Damage Case Manager, and Mobile Claims Consultant, contributing to the strategic alignment and operational efficiency within the telecommunications sector. Ryan's early career included a position as Food and Beverage Manager at Wirrina Cove Resort, responsible for managing comprehensive food and beverage operations. Educational qualifications include a double degree in Arts and Education from Flinders University and a certification from ANZIIF obtained in 2014.
