Aaron Faust

Aaron Faust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and consulting within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales at Lil Bucks since June 2025 and an Advisor for S'NOODS since October 2023, Aaron has a strong focus on plant-based and health-oriented products. Previous roles include Director of Sales & Distribution at Better Sour, where Aaron oversaw the introduction of innovative sour gummy candies, and Co-Founder/Executive Director of Cochabamba Pedal Project, emphasizing social impact in Bolivia. Aaron's career also includes significant positions at Spinster Sisters Co., where Aaron helped launch products in over 3,000 stores across North America, and Picaflor Live-Culture as National Sales Director. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from Bard College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Lycoming College.
