Lauren Rush

Lauren Rush is the current Program Director at Lilly Endowment. Lauren has also served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alignment and Operations at The Mind Trust, as well as the Director of Development & Special Projects. Prior to that, Lauren worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Community Charter Network and as a Middle School Math Teacher at KIPP. Lauren began their career as a Middle School Math Teacher at Lee County School District before joining Teach for America as a Corps Member.

Lauren Rush has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Education Leadership from the University of Indianapolis and a certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate. Lauren also has a degree in Youth, Adult, and Family Services from Purdue University.

Lauren Rush reports to Ted Maple, VP, Education. They work with Angela Koven - Administrative Assistant, Susan Haber - Program Director, and Tysha Hardy-Sellers - Program Director.
