Bailey Patrick

Bailey Patrick has extensive experience in talent development, currently serving as Supervisor of Talent Development at Lilly Pulitzer since June 2016, following roles as Senior Talent Development Associate and Talent Development Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes an internship as a Human Resource Summer Intern at Kate Spade & Company in 2015, where responsibilities included managing HR operations such as onboarding and processing HR transactions. Bailey Patrick holds a degree from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, earned in 2016.
