Robert Holcomb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions across various tech organizations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success and Solutions at LILT, Robert has held significant leadership roles, including Global Head of Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services at Intercom, and Global Director of Sales Engineering & Solutions Engineering at Akamai Technologies.
